
I am so grateful I was able to stick to my new weight management plan yesterday! I am off to a great start!
I will provide a full update about this when I post Angela’s Journey. However, I want to simply say that I did my absolute best to maintain tiny meals over the day, and I was successful. I ended up having 6 snack-like meals rather than one or two large meals. It helps me feel satisfied without overindulging through the day.
I am very proud of myself!
