
I am grateful for the self-awareness when I am moody so I can mindfully avoid taking it out on people.
I was very up and down with my mood yesterday. At one point, I had the urge to cry without a reason. I was just feeling a wide range of emotions without purpose.
All the same, I was mindful enough of the fact I was irritable without cause that I was able to avoid losing my cool on the innocent victims of my irrationality. 😂
I feel better today. It was just a moment in time.
