So, the short answer is no.

I see superstitions as a form of whimsy. They usually have interesting stories behind their existence. I have always loved the lore behind things and superstitions are no different. I find the stories fun and enjoyable.

Do I put credence in the existence of the superstitions, though? Not really.

I think of it like Greek mythology. I am obsessed with the stories that are formed out of it, but I have no interest in actually following those beliefs.

Whether it is true crime, superstitions, or mythology, I am obsessed with a good story that follows a process of reasoning, rational or not.
