Apparently this is going to be much more difficult than I had hoped. I am going to have to make some revisions to my eating style, I think. I’ve been doing my best and I see a difference in my face.
My therapist saw me yesterday and saw a significant difference as well.
Either way, I feel like I am balancing within the same 1lb right now, which is frustrating.
I am wondering if I need to try including a protein shake as more of the “snacks” and keep down the limited meal, which would maintain an overall lower calorie count for the day while still getting the right amounts of protein and fiber for each day.
I’m not giving up but, yes, this is frustrating.
