Now the Discussion

I have been excited to post this update since I weighed myself yesterday morning. After gaining that first week, this absolutely blew my mind!

Let’s start by saying that the mental noise surrounding food decreased immensely! Eating small portions and savoring the flavors without overindulgence has been amazing.

I have been teaching myself to let go of what is left over when I am full. I am also eating more slowly. Additionally, I am making some adjustments to what I eat. My diet now encompasses a slightly higher low-carb eating system, still supporting weight loss. The intense nighttime munchies are almost gone.

I am much happier and feeling more healthy.
