Personality is only half the battle. Having the right vibe is excellent, but you must also retain the people you’ve attracted to your business.
I like to talk about humble leadership, an aspect of the “servant leadership” profile. It can draw people in. As an entrepreneur, your customers appreciate the realism and willingness to accept fault.
To retain those you attract, you require more than personality. You need to arm yourself with information.

If you have watched my LinkedIn, X, or MIRL posts, I try to publish bits of advice daily. It matters to me when I can help others, whether or not they buy my services.
I use the concept of leading the horse to water. I can bring inspiration, but you need to do the research.
Today’s approach (shown above) is one such concept.
I am writing an eBook of key metrics for various industry needs. Through research, I find many entrepreneurs drop the ball in this area.
I have highlighted statistical analysis multiple times for this very reason.
Statistics can tell you a lot about your business. It can tell you whether you are engaging the right people. For example, it can tell you the turnover rate from viewers to paid members. It can even tell you whether your Call-to-Action (CTA) is garnering the proper response.
This is the exact reasoning behind the eBook I am writing. This is why I want entrepreneurs to realize the importance of analytics.
If you do not utilize this information, your leadership style—your vibe—doesn’t matter.
A good idea is only great if you use the right strategy to be seen. Analytics evaluate those strategies for potential.
I know it is Saturday, and I hope all of you have an amazing one. While you are busy enjoying your mothers (as I hope you are), please stop and think:
Does my strategy amplify my business to its true potential?
